Hensel Phelps Construction Awarded $24.5m for Guam Construction

Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $24,500,000 firm-fixed-price task order N6274221F9927 under a multiple award construction contract for the design and construction of a fuel station at Marine Corps Base Guam, Joint Region Marianas, Guam.

The task order also contains one unexercised option, which if exercised, would increase cumulative task order value to $24,612,762.

The work to be performed provides for the design and construction of a central fuel station to serve the Marine Corps base on Guam and to support its tactical activities.

The project will include fueling stations, a fuel storage facility, a fuel administration building, and a generator building. The option, if exercised, provides for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Work will be performed in Finegayan, Guam, and is expected to be completed by August 2023.
