DynCorp Awarded Second Option Year for Army Transport Contractor Logistics Support Program

DynCorp International (DI) was awarded the second option year of the Army Transport Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program. The award is $129.7 million for logistics support services for government-owned fixed-wing fleets performing transport aircraft missions (C-12, C-26, and UC-35 fleets, with limited services for T-6 fleets). DI will continue to provide worldwide program management, CLS, engineering, component repairs, maintenance, paint, modifications, service bulletin kits and support, field team support, and other non-routine over-and-above tasks and materials.

DynCorp Awarded 9-Month Extension to Continue Supporting U.S. Army in Afghanistan

The U.S. Army Sustainment Command awarded DynCorp International (DI) a 9-month task order award extension that began July 1, 2019 to continue providing base life support and maintenance services in Afghanistan under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) IV contract. The extension is valued at $188 million for services at four locations proposed to support nearly 18,000. DI’s performance in delivering support services to U.S. forces across Afghanistan on this task order spans more than nine years with a total contract value of $7.2 billion dollars.

DynCorp Awarded AFCAP IV Task Order for Mission Support Services at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait

DynCorp International (DI) was awarded an Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) IV task order for Mission Support Services (MSS) at Ali Al Salem Air Base (AASAB) in Kuwait. Task order revenue is $9.3 million over a 31-month period from February 28, 2019 through September 27, 2021. The award was made by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC). The MSS task order calls for DI to execute a three-phase transition at AASAB from February to September 2019 and consolidate operations from two smaller base task orders while also assuming responsibility for work currently being performed by Air Force active duty service members. At full operating capability (FOC) on September 17, 2019, DI’s responsibilities will include operations, maintenance and repair (OM&R) services for AASAB facilities and installed equipment, airfield lighting, roads and grounds; 24/7 power production; force protection support; and base engineering and construction management support. DI will also provide training to Air Force members in electrical power operations and maintenance.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (ACC-Redstone) awarded DynCorp International (DI) a $29.3 million modification for aviation field maintenance services on the Theater Aviation Sustainment Management – OCONUS (TASM-O) contract. Work will be performed at various locations worldwide with a completion date of September 30, 2019. DI was originally awarded the hybrid firm fixed price, cost-plus incentive fee contract in October 2013.

DynCorp Awarded $308m Air Force Aviation Command & Control Ops Contract

The United States Air Force Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Acquisitions Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia awarded DynCorp International a contract for aviation command and control operations and maintenance services at multiple locations around the world within Air Force Central Command’s area of responsibility. This contract has a one year base and four option years, for a total of $308 million if all options are exercised. Work will begin September 1. The program supports requirements for air traffic control (ATC) operations, airfield management (AM), air to ground communications operations and maintenance, surveillance and precision radar systems operations and maintenance, voice communications systems operations and maintenance, aviation C2, navigational aids (NAVAIDS), and aviation weather observing and sensing systems operations and maintenance.

The scope of work requires the Contractor to provide Program Management, Procurement of Critical Items, Life Support Services, Logistics Services, Operation and Maintenance Services, Construction and Renovation Projects to U.S. Department of State facilities, and other U.S. Government facilities overseas. The work to be acquired under this solicitation is for logistical service, life & mission support services, and all other operation & maintenance services at various government installations located in any country where the U.S. Department of State has a presence, with a focus on high threat contingency environments. Types of projects may include, but are not limited to: food service, maintenance/repair of facilities, full spectrum operations of man camps, sewage and plumbing operations of facilities, leasing properties, refurbishing properties to include upgrading to meet high security requirements, laboratories, dining facilities and related structures, travel services for personnel, to include insurance. On April 26, the U.S. Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal awarded DynCorp International a contract for Aviation Field Maintenance (AFM) and Sustainment Level Maintenance for the AFM Directorate (AFMD). The work involves program management, aircraft and ground support equipment maintenance, as well as aircraft modifications, and other logistical support to aviation customers worldwide. The total value of the contract is not to exceed $1.1 billion and the period of performance is May 13, 2019 through August 12, 2027, if all options are exercised.

DynCorp Receives 6-Month LOGCAP Extension for Base Operation Services Kwajalein Atoll

DynCorp International was awarded a six-month extension to the U.S. Army Pacific Command task order 06: Base Operation Services (BOS) supporting the U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA). The extension began March 13, 2019 and runs through September 12, 2019, with a total work authorization of $61.2 million. DI will continue to perform base operations, maintenance and logistics on the Kwajalein Atoll in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The support consists of public works and engineering services, fire and emergency services, logistics, aviation operations, airfield operations, education services, administrative support, public affairs, religious services, medical services, food services, marine operations, port operations, and community activities.

DynCorp International Awarded Saudi FMS F-15 Base Operations Support Task Order

The U.S. Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) IV contract, awarded DynCorp International the Saudi Foreign Military Sales F-15 Base Operations Support (BOS) task order. The contract value of this AFCAP IV task order is $12.2 million, which covers the period February 17, 2019 to August 16, 2021. This task order award is the third time since 2016 that DI has been selected to provide Saudi FMS F-15 BOS services under the AFCAP contract. Work will take place inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and responsibilities include providing base operations support to U.S. Air Force personnel on assignment to the KSA under the F-15 Eagle fighter jet FMS program, and providing living accommodations and in-country transportation support to the FMS representatives who work on and adjacent to Prince Sultan Air Base and other KSA bases with F-15 aircraft operated by the Royal Saudi Air Force.

The U.S. Air Force Installation Contracting Agency awarded DynCorp International a task order for War Reserve Materiel (WRM) maintenance and logistical operations under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) IV. The work involves storage, maintenance, deployment and reconstitution of WRM assets prepositioned at Andersen AFB, Guam and Camp Aguinaldo, Philippines on behalf of the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF). The total value of this task order is $4.8 million and the period of performance is November 13, 2018 through September 12, 2021. These assets are Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) and Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) equipment that can support a deployed force in an austere environment. They include tents and shelters, mobile kitchens, shower and latrine units, power generators, water purification and distribution equipment, environmental control units, vehicles and construction equipment, and runway repair equipment.

The Department of State awarded DynCorp International (DI) three new task orders under the Afghanistan Life Support Services (ALiSS) Contract. Task Order 15 is for Regional Security Officer (RSO) Physical Security Support Services, with a value of $2.2 million. This task order will provide refurbishment to RSO projects, operations and maintenance of equipment, and Diplomatic Mail Services for the U.S. Embassy, Kabul. Task Order 16 is for Staffing Augmentation Support Services, with a value of $1.8 million. This task order will provide ad hoc staffing for U.S. Embassy, Kabul and is expected to grow quickly. Task Order 17 is for Information Resource Management (IRM) #2 (non-television and internet services), with a value of $3.9 million. For this task order, DI will support a Civil Engineer Group at an undisclosed location in the Middle East. The period of performance, beginning August 29, 2018, includes a 30-day mobility period, 11-month base period and two 12 -month option years for a total contract value of $4.5 million. “We are excited to continue serving our customer,” said Tim Gahr, AFCAP program manager. Under the new task order, DI provides support for engineering operations, vehicle management and maintenance operations.

After a competitive process, the Sultanate of Oman has issued DynCorp International a direct commercial contract to provide comprehensive technical assistance, maintenance support and maintenance repair at the organizational and intermediate levels in support of the Royal Air Force of Oman’s (RAFO) F-16 fleet. The contract, which was awarded on January 9, (but announced July 3rd) includes a base year plus two option years. The U.S. Air Force awarded DynCorp International a $4.6M task order for Foreign Military Sales (FMS), F-15 International Programs Division Base Operations Support (BOS) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) IV contract. To help strengthen their international alliance, the USAF is assisting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in the standup and operations of air bases for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) by providing F-15 acquisition support under the Foreign Military Sales program. Under this task order, DI will provide all transportation, personnel, supervision, lodging, labor, training, tools, materials, vehicles, safety equipment, and other items and services necessary to support the KSA FMS program and personnel.

DynCorp Awarded Task Order 12 under the Afghanistan Life Support Services Contract

Dyncorp International reported today that on August 13, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) awarded them a new task order under the Afghanistan Life Support Services (ALiSS) Contract. Task Order 12 is for Information Resource Management (IRM) Support Services. It is for one base year with four option years, and is valued at $52.8 million if all options are exercised. Performance began on August 14. DI is providing internet, broadcasting and transmission of television, and O&M satellite support services for the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan and all Green Zone locations. This is DI’s ninth task order under the ALiSS contract.

DynCorp International LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $64,110,387 modification (P00009) for Air Forces Central Command war reserve materiel. Work will be performed at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina; Kuwait; Oman; Qatar; and United Arab Emirates, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2018.

DynCorp Awarded 12-Month Extension to Continue Supporting U.S. Army Under LOGCAP IV

The U.S. Army Sustainment Command awarded DynCorp International (DI) a 12-month task order contract modification that began July 1 to continue providing base life support and maintenance services in Afghanistan under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) IV contract. The modification is valued at $217 million for services requiring more than 2,100 personnel at four locations. DI’s outstanding performance in delivering unequaled support services to U.S. forces across Afghanistan on this task order spans more than eight years with a total contract value of $6.7 billion.

The Department of State (DOS) has awarded DynCorp International (DI) four new task orders under the Afghanistan Life Support Services (ALiSS) Contract. Task Order 8 is for MWR/Warehouse, which has a base period of one year with three one-year option periods, for a total of $1.4 million. Under this task order, DI will augment staffing for the Foreign Service General Services Officers (GSO) warehousing and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) staffing. Task Order 9 is for Transportation and Shuttle Services, which has a base period of one year with four one-year option periods, for a total of $2.9 million. Under this task order, DI will provide transportation and shuttle services for the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. Task Order 10 is for Vehicle Maintenance, which has a base period of one year with four one-year option periods, for a total of $6.1 million. Under this task order, DI will run vehicle maintenance support services on the Vehicle Maintenance requirements of the Embassy mission. Task Order 11 is for Fire and Medical Emergency Support Services, which has a base period of one year with four one-year option periods, for a total of $50.1 million. Under this task order, DI will offer Emergency Support Services encompassing Fire and Medical Services at the Kabul Embassy Compound and Camp Alvarado. DI now has eight task orders under this contract, for a total of $283.2 million.

DynCorp International Awarded $93.8m Navy Expeditionary Force Regional Services Contract

DynCorp International (DI) was awarded by the Navy Expeditionary Force Regional Services Contract (NEFRSC) Pacific by the Department of Defense. This award is for one base year and seven option years and a six-month extension period, for a total contract potential of $93.8 million. DI will provide various support services including conducting humanitarian assistance, civic assistance, minor military construction projects, contingency efforts, and supporting various exercises and other projects located at various sites, usually in remote areas in the Philippines, Cambodia, Timor-Leste and other countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Work on the contract started in January.

ACC-RI Extends 7 LOGCAP IV Contracts until LOGCAP V Awards

DynCorp Awarded $14.4m for Aviation Field Maintenance Services in Germany, Honduras & Kuwait

DynCorp International LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $14,465,990 cost-plus- incentive-fee foreign military sales modification (P00151) to contract (Netherlands and Egypt) W58RGZ-13-C-0040 for aviation field maintenance services in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Aviation Field Maintenance Division outside the continental U.S. operations. Work will be performed in Germany, Honduras, and Kuwait, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2017.

DynCorp Awarded $26.4m For War Reserve Materiel in Middle East

DynCorp International LLC, has been awarded a $26,485,838 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed fee, cost reimbursable contract for war reserve materiel. Contractor will provide storage, maintenance, outload, reconstitution, exercise and contingency logistics support. They are also responsible for the maintenance, repair and minor construction of government furnished facilities. Work will be performed at Kuwait, Oman, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2017.

DynCorp Awarded $30.7m For Aviation Field Maintenance Services

DynCorp International LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $30,790,391 modification (P00148) to foreign military sales contract (Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait) W58RGZ-13-C-0040 to exercise option year three of a regional management fee for aviation field maintenance services in support of the Army Aviation and Missile Command, Aviation Field Maintenance Division outside the continental U.S. operations. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, the effort necessary to reset an aircraft to a fully mission capable condition; the installation of aircraft modifications under modification work orders; and support to various units and combat aviation brigades. Work will be performed in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2017.
