State Department Awards 11 Companies $6B for Diplomatic Platform Support Services Worldwide

The U.S. Department of State awarded 11 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts, for the Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) support services to provide a full range of services for Life Support Services, Logistics Services (LSS&L), and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to DoS and other U.S. Government agencies under Chief of Mission Authority and, under special circumstances, non-Chief of Mission activities across the globe. Each IDIQ contract Ordering Period will be an initial one-year ordering period and options for four additional one year ordering periods.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI), Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, on behalf of the Army Sustainment Command hereby awards four (4) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V support services in support of the U.S. Military worldwide.
Fluor Intercontinental, Inc. is one of the award recipients and is hereby awarded Basic Contract W52P1J-19-D-0046 and the following task orders.

Fluor Federal Solutions Awarded $38.3m for Base Operating Support Services on Guam

Fluor Federal Solutions LLC, Greenville, South Carolina, is being awarded a $38,327,985 cost-plus-award-fee contract with award options for base operating support services at Joint Region Marianas, Guam.
The work to be performed provides for facility support and base operating support for the following services: management and administration, port operations, ordnance, material management, facility management, facility investment, electrical, wastewater, steam, water, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental. Work will be performed in various locations on the island of Guam and is expected to be completed by September 2025.
Five Companies Awarded Combined $900m For Worldwide Short Notice Facility Support Services
Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Vectrus System Corp, IAP-ECC LLC, Fluor Intercontinental and AECOM Technical Services, are each being awarded a multiple award contract for short-term facility support services with incidental construction in support of natural disasters, humanitarian efforts, the full range of military actions, and incumbent breaks in service at various locations throughout the world.

Fluor-ManTech Logistics Solutions, KBR, 31 Others Selected for EAGLE Contract
33 companies have been selected by the U.S. Army Sustainment Command to participate on the U.S. Army’s Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) contract. The award is a Basic Ordering Agreement allowing companies to compete for future task order opportunities on the EAGLE program, which is the primary contract vehicle the Army uses to obtain logistics services.

Fluor Awarded New LOGCAP IV Task Order in Africa
Fluor Corporation announced that the U.S. Army awarded the company a new Task Order to perform work in Africa under the Army’s Logistics Capabilities Program IV (LOGCAP IV). With the new award, Fluor’s scope of work will include delivering logistical support throughout Continental Africa and the simultaneous construction of several remote camps. Fluor will also provide the subsequent camp operations and logistical support services over the next 21 months.
